Learn more at the Kentucky Sierra Club's 11th annual Healthy Food, Local Farms Conference.
Featured guest speaker: Anna Lappe - bestselling author known for her work on sustainable agriculture, food politics, and social change. Along with her mother she leads the Small Planet Institute, a collaborative network for research and education.
Join us for this day-long event which includes meals and snacks of locally-grown, antibiotic, and hormone-free foods.
Other notable speakers and interactive break-out sessions will round out a day of education, networking, and collective action on building a local, sustainable food economy.
A Friday evening social event will precede Saturday’s Conference; there is a separate fee for those interested in attending.
