R.J. Magill lives and writes in the mountains of Colorado. He lives with his wife, two kids and dog Boomerang. Educated at the Universities of California and Colorado, R.J. has practiced landscape architecture and land planning for over 20 years. Recently, Magill has dedicated most of his time to writing and is set to publish the “first book” in June.

    Only 56% of the nation’s rivers and streams can support multiple uses such as drinking water, wildlife habitat, recreation and agriculture. There is clearly a lot of restoration to be accomplished.
